In a leap year, why is the extra day added to February? Who made that decision? Who thought, we need to find a place for this extra day, and godammit, I want that extra day in February--the best month of the year. It sure seems like it would be better to put the extra day in a month everybody likes. Maybe June or August if people want to keep all the months at 31 days or less. Clearly I was not consulted when the Gregorian calendar was set up. More...!
